To improve the outcome of brainstem gliomas, researchers are studying drugs that may enhance the effect of radiation therapy.

Research Grants

Since our establishment in January 2006, the Kyle O’Connell Foundation has donated over $250,000 to the Center for Children's Brain Tumors at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital in Stanford, California. The Center is a group of doctors and researchers working solely to find the causes of, and better treatments for, pediatric brain tumors.
